We live in a world where strange and abnormal events often go unnoticed. The ten (10) instances we showcase, weren't the case at all. From a hitchhiker straight out of your worst nightmare, to hauntingly disturbing images captured in woods.
These are 10 strange and anomalous events that were caught on video:

Some ancient cultures believed that mirrors were windows to
another world. Many believe that they
reflect back at us, not an image of ourselves, but a reality of ourselves that
exist in another dimension other than our own.
In the video, we see a child innocently amused by his reflection in the
mirror, as his parent captures the moment on video. Things suddenly become strange, when the
reflection no longer matches up and reflection begins to contort its head unsettlingly.

There are many hitchhiking horror stories out there, from
both ends of the encounters. However, the
act of hitching a ride, is a risk that many are forced to take. In the video you are about to see, a driver
is travelling along a back road, late at night during a downpour, when the
worst happens. A strange humanoid figure
comes into view, only illuminated by the car’s headlights. From what we can estimate, the figure seems
taller than the average human and is covered seemingly think reddish-brown animal
fur. Almost comparable to a Neanderthal
or even a Bigfoot. Would you have
stopped and offered ‘him’ a ride?

This family from Thailand decided to preserve the memories
of their outing together, by taking a selfie during their family picnic. Unfortunately, a ‘wondering spirit’ was also
captured in the picture behind them.
After looking at the photo later, they were shocked to see the ghostly
image of a woman dressed in white funeral robes walking behind them. They insisted that at the time, no one was
around and they would have seen the woman if she was there, because she would
of stood out.

On a hiking expedition through the jungles of Peru, a group
of adventure seekers got the chance to become closer to nature. Unfortunately, they failed to realize that
they weren’t alone.

This video shows a woman who is alone at her desk working
late into the night, after everyone else has already gone home. She is trying
to finish a presentation that was due in a few hours. Being so focused on the task at hand, she
doesn’t notice the strange events occurring around her. First, the chairs begin to move on their own. Then a mysterious man suddenly appears out of
nowhere, standing in the hallway. All
whilst the entire event was being captured on security cameras. The entire event seems staged but is
entertainingly strange none the less.

Ambulances are things you don’t normally think about until
there is an emergency. They serve as a
vital link in stabilizing those in need of further medical attention until they
arrive at a hospital. Sadly, ambulances
are also the last place that many take their final breathes on this
planet. This video was recorded by a
hospital worker. It shows an ambulance
leaving a hospital when a ghostly human-shaped figure suddenly manifests itself
and runs off. The uploader of the video
confirms to have witnessed many similar events to this one, but admits this is
the first time proof was actually caught on video.

This is dashcam footage captured at nighttime on a busy
highway in Indonesia. Everything starts
off ordinary until we see the vehicles up ahead start abruptly swerving to
avoid hitting something in the road.
It’s only a few seconds later we are able to see that the ‘something’
was actually ‘someone’. What appears to
be a woman, can be seen casually walking in the middle of the roadway. Some were quick to claim it to be an
apparition, whilst others said it was time traveler.

We have a video from an unknown source, recorded somewhere
in Japan. This one is very similar to
many we’ve seen and showcased in the past.
The premise is almost always the same; someone records themselves walking
alone through a seemingly creepy area and then manages to capture ghostly figures,
hidden nearby. Let’s take a look.

This is security camera footage captured at a mall somewhere
in the mid-west USA. The video captures
a ghostly apparition of a woman wearing a long white dress, walking from inside
of the building, straight through the front doors to the outside, before
suddenly de-materializing into nothing.
Despite the eerie nature of the recording, security officers and
maintenance staff have all reported encounters with the ‘apparition’. Often times at night, they will see her
roaming various parts of the mall before suddenly vanishing when approached.

As usual, we always save the best for last and in this case,
we saved the creepiest video on this list for the top spot. This was recorded in South East Asia, in the early
2000s and not much other information was given.
The video shows a group of youngsters entertaining themselves by playing
a game of cards. That is until things suddenly things take a turn for the
strange. We can’t independently
determine the validity of these series of events but, it definitely is the
scariest footage we have on this list.
